The Myrtle Birds the Word Complete Skateboardinstead of our normal bullshitting, we thought wed give you a description straight from the horses mouth. Were just plagiarizing from designer/artist Russ Hopes blog, in other words: This one has been boo yahed out a bit because Im setting it up for myself. Cool thing about this board is it has a custom concave that Paul Shmitt built for us in his Costa Mesa woodshop. I wanted a concave that is somewhat flat across the back truck with a long flatish drawn out tail, married to a V styled mellow double rocker concave with just a slightly upturned nose. We got it all, super cool. It has a shortish wheelbase so the board still turns really well. It also has the truck holes drilled right in front of a nice little flat pocket in front of the tail so that its well balanced. This way you can still crack little ollies up and down curbs on the way to get your 6 pack of Olympia cans.
