Life-Link Odyssey 3 part pole
The Life Link Odyssey III pole was built with the hardcore backcountry traveler in mind. The Odyssey III features a built-in 6-degree corrective angle, and comfortable molded grips feature a soft outer layer over a strong, durable rigid core. Adjustable straps are attached to quick release clips and are designed to detach from the grip in the event a pole becomes inadvertently lodged in an obstacle. The Odyssey III utilizes an aluminum upper which features Life-Links ovalized locking mechanism. The middle section is made of strong, lightweight chrome-moly steel. The lower adjusts by using Life-Links new Posi-Loc mechanism. The pole extends to 56 and packs to 26. The Odyssey III comes with the 3 1/2 snowflake basket for soft snow. The tip is Life-Links new Flex Tip which is replaceable a carbon tip that is ideal for touring and ski mountaineering.
