With 6.7 inches of front and rear travel, the Intense 6.6 offers aggressive all-mountain riders an ideal balance of cross country performance and downhill capabilities. This frame employs the lauded VPP (Virtual Pivot Point) rear suspension linkage, providing excellent rear wheel traction and minimal pedal bob while climbing. And at just seven and a quarter pounds, this frame weighs less than your beer belly. On downhills, the 6.6 boasts plenty of travel to charge over roots, rocks and most drops and jumps. This hand-made frame features Intenses proprietary Easton EA6 aluminum tube set and a 1.5-inch head tube for bomber durability. Intense topped off this versatile frame with custom max type bearings, a replaceable derailleur hanger, a one piece top shock link and made it compatible with up to 8 inch rotors.
