- COMPETITOR MEETING: June 20th, 7pm at the Eldo bar and grill Elk ave. Crested Butte, Colorado
- REGISTRATION: June 20th at the Eldo bar and grill and June 21st at the Oh-Be-Joyful campground 12noon.
- ENTRY FEE: $50 (us)
- QUALIFIER DAY: June 21, 2000. First run starts at 3pm at the top of Oh-Be-Joyful creek. Starting line TBA. The field will consist of 16 men and half of that will represent the women's field.
- FINALS DAY: June 22, 2000. 16 men and the woman's field will race one timed run and be cut to half the fields for run two.
- BOAT REGULATIONS: All competitor boats must be current 2000 model year designs.
- THE COURSE: A 480 foot per mile section of the Oh-Be-Joyful creek in Crested Butte, Colorado.
- 2000 SPONSORS: APEX magazine, FIVE.TEN, Epaddler.com, SEVEN-2, CBTV, Gunnison County Forest Service, New Belgium Brewery, and Red Bull
